We've all been through it: we fail, we cry, we figure out how to
get back up again. It's tough, it sucks, we don't understand why
it's a necessary part of our journey. Tough luck, it's 100%
necessary to fail in order to grow. We don't HOPE to fail, but when
we do we learn, -- so does that mean we ever really failed to begin
with? In this episode I'm transparent, sassy, and emotional -- a
winning combination-- but most of all, I want to ensure you walk
away with reasons why you needed to go through the hard parts of
life in order to grow. My personal experience in failure ranges
from falling at a state track competition, to bombing college
exams, to changing my career in the Navy, and finishing runner-up
at MISS CALIFORNIA USA. I'll walk you through four reasons why
failure is the best thing that's happened to you, because I've been
through it too, and how to redefine what it means to "fail." Strap
in, it's an emotional one. You'll walk away with not only a better
understanding of my personal journey, but your own, and why you
never really failed to begin with. Like this episode? Leave
