64. Navigating Criticism as Women both Online + in the Military (ft. bff Jackie Barnum)

How often do you feel like your criticized for your passions,
hobbies, your personality -- sometimes, just being you? We feel the
same. Often as women in the military there's a misunderstanding
that we need to prove that were equals, prove our worth, maybe even
suppress our personality to be taken seriously. Jackie and I are
talking + sharing advice on how to embrace your unique abilities as
women, regardless of your career choice, and feel confident to be
authentic to your personality while leading. As "influencers,"
Jackie + I face a lot of negativity, critics, and others telling us
to change the way we choose to share our stories online.  In
