81. Steps to Become a More Confident Leader

How many of you WANT to become a more confident leader, but say “I
just wasn’t born that way?” Or maybe you feel yourself wanting to
take on more responsibility, speak up, do more, but don’t know
where to begin? Disclaimer: I wasn’t a confident leader the day I
was born. Heck, I’m still learning + growing as a leader even 8.5
years into my career in the Navy. But, I made small steps starting
from ELEMENTARY school to help grow + develop me into the leader I
am today. Whether you’re a middle school student or an adult
working part-time, there are a few steps you can start implementing
over time to make yourself a more confident leader. In this
episode, I am going to give you 3 steps to implement + help you
grow confidence: getting involved, reflect, + find a mentor !!
