PDX Real Estate 09: Portland's $25k Tear-Down Tax and Septembers Market Recap

In Episode 9, Tucker Merrihew and Steve Nassar get right
into this weeks headlines and give their opinions on the
mayors newly proposed tax for tearing down homes within
the city of Portland.  This proposed tax is aimed at making
housing in Portland more affordable, however both Steve and
Tucker agree that it will do nothing but raise home prices.
 They then go into the most recent RMLS Market Action Report
and give their thoughts on the numbers and what they see the
