PDX Real Estate 34: Interview w/ Rett Pratt - Lawyers Title

In Episode 34, Tucker and Steve begin the episode by
discussing the latest news in each of their businesses.
 They then move into their Interview with Rett Pratt from
Lawyers Title.  Rett is the Manager of Land Development
& Builder Services and has a ton of experience and knowledge
to share regarding the building market in Portland.  Rett
talks about what she specializes in and how she's able to help
facilitate transactions between developers, builders and
realtors.  Steve and Tucker get into some questions and
Rett gives her thoughts on some of the challenges that
builders are facing in todays Market and how they need to operate
