In Episode 45, Tucker and Steve share some of the latest
news in each of their businesses and then transition their
thoughts on to this years Street of Dreams.  They then
go into their on-site interview with Rick Waible who's one
of the Principals at Stafford Land Company as well as one of the
builders in this years Street of Dreams Show.  Rick
discusses and shares some interesting stories about the
development of the land that this years show sits on.  He
also touches on the beautiful spec home he built this year and
showed us several features of the home as well as its unique
design.  Rick was very generous with his time and gave
