Welcome back to Part 2 of Magic's interview with Dr. Perry
Nickelston. In this episode we explore the many different
ways you can create health and wealth in your life and some of
Dr. Perry's favorite tips.
What he finds is that often people get stressed out that they'll
be doing the exercises wrong, or breathing wrong, or eating
wrong. Dr. Perry's advice is that no matter what you're
doing, make sure there is variety and variation. Human
bodies aren't meant to do and eat the same thing all the
time.
One of Dr. Perry's tips for overall health is The 4 Ms of Motion:
Move more of yourself than you do now,More often than you do
now,More ways than you do now,In more environments than you do now.
Creating the awareness of how you are moving and nourishing your
body will in itself create changes for the better.
