Today's guest is Andrea Pearce, former PhD research scientist,
teacher, world record holder in power lifting, and mom of
3.  She has shifted her focus to serve her local community,
while also helping people to tell their own stories through
journaling.  Andrea and her business partner Sharon designed
lovely journals that fit their needs better than anything else
they found on the market. 

In this episode we discuss some of the benefits of journaling,
including stress reduction which results in lower cortisol levels
and better sleep.
