We often talk about how to reduce stress and today I have some
short and sweet tips for you.

1. Do something you love to do, even if it's just for 10
minutes.
2. Understand what kind of stress it is.  Is there something
you can do to bypass the stress until it's over? Is it something
that comes back regularly that you can mitigate a little? Or is
it something constant that will require bigger changes?
3. Share the load.  Talk it out with someone you
trust.
