A listener submitted this excellent question.  Because of
these lockdowns, people are feeling isolated, alone, bored,
lonely, and more.  These types of emotions lower your
frequency and because of that, your immune system launches an
attack looking for the invading pathogen.  The inflammatory
immune response is damaging to your health overall.

The key is to find things that you love to do.  Go for a
walk, learn a new skill, make yourself a book nook, find safe and
healthy ways to connect with your loved ones.  Most of all,
help yourself because no one else will do it for you.
