Today I'm visiting with Karyn Seitz, teacher and thought leader
in happiness and women's empowerment. When Karyn was younger, she
found that she was always looking outside of herself for
happiness - the job, the relationships, reiki, shamanic healing,
yoga, you name it.

The key was when she realized that she was the problem in her
life - and therefore she herself was the answer to it. Now, she
works with women to help them discover that for themselves and
let go of the web of stories that hold them back so they can take
100% responsibility for their own happiness.
