the same mistakes happen over and over again, making our learning
curve look pretty bad. This dynamic is no different in teams,
leaving leaders scratching their heads about what went wrong and
what they could do differently in the future. In this episode,
two leaders share their own experiences: Thomas Loosen, systemic
therapist and former head of the HRO (high reliability
organisation) centre at the Gösgen Nuclear Power Plant in
Switzerland, meets actress Franziska Ball, who takes on the role
