Intuitive eating is getting out of the diet mindset. Many people
jump from diet to diet. Keto, vegan, low-carb, then keto again. But
that's not the way to go. By doing it, you're totally wrecking your
metabolism.
With intuitive eating, you focus on SLOWING DOWN and listening to
your body's cues. It's about you having power over your foods and
not the foods having power over you. It's about eating when you
truly feel hungry and then stopping when satisfied.
Intuitive eating also means choosing foods that make you feel good
and energized instead of bloated, tired, or regretful
afterward.
It sounds so simple. But where do you start? How can you trust that
