认识So
Acai 的创始人Maggie 是因为RAC 的蜜蜜 （了解双胞胎姐妹甜甜- 泽田本家的创始人；以及蜜蜜 RAC的创始人的故事请听EP#16），她先把So
Acai 的产品送给了我，然后说Maggie 特别好，应该认识。我尝试了So
Acai 的麦片后，决定要和Maggie 聊聊，因为我觉得她的产品看起来不浮躁，吃起来没负担（不太用担心原材料的品质，没有很甜很油，人工痕迹不重），让我感觉很authentic, 很真实。所以就开始对这个品牌背后的人充满好奇，几次网友微信聊天，我觉得这个姑娘太佛系了，太慢热了，太……不好接触。没想到的是，她来香港玩，约了我吃午饭，然后…….就是录制这期节目了。


做食品/快消品创业，门槛不高，但是做好，做大非常的难。Maggie 刚开始创业的时候，其实也只是因为厌烦了给公司打工对自己的发展的很多限制，她就回到了长大的地方，广州，开了一家小店开始做“超级食物”，从美国留学回来的她，对超级食物这个概念已经不陌生，但是在2017年的中国广州，很多人都不太知道这超级食物到底是什么。她开始创业的经历，听起来特别像“玩票”，哪个女孩子还没想过开个咖啡馆，开个书店，开个轻食店呢？ 但是失败的多，成功的少，Maggie 也经历了疫情期间要关店的压力，但是她却转败为胜，两年把自己的生意做到一定规模…..现在往回看，有一些机遇她抓住了，有一些坑她也踩了，这个自己说自己没有什么情绪的女生，经历了什么？ 且听她缓缓道来…….


和Maggie 聊了几次天，吃了饭后，我一直再想，她能把生意做到现在这个规模，她自己说是0.5， 还没到1， 是为什么？ 她的独特之处是在哪里？我也问了她，她觉得so
acai 的壁垒在哪里？ 我们也聊到了founder -product – market
(创始人-产品-市场)切合度这个问题。和Maggie 聊完后，让我想到了创业孵化和投资机构Y-Combinator 的创始人Paul
Graham 说过的一句话：The recipe for great work is: very exacting
taste, plus the ability to gratify it. Taste is the ultimate
moat, 鉴赏力是创始人最重要的能力，也是品牌最高的壁垒。就像我和Maggie 说的，没有人可以比她做她自己做的更好。做好自己，你就赢了一切。
