„Die Truppenaushebung“ translates into „the conscription“. It is
mostly about the absurdities of the bureaucracy of the draft. And
it’s fictional.

I am not a sound performer. However, the rain outside made me
doing this. It was the opposite of fell-good outside, so I got
out into the nasty February weather to make a recording of the
short-story.

After Episode 42, this is the second episode that has a Kafka
theme.
