I learnt this lesson a number of years ago - things aren’t always
going to be perfect, and there is never going to be the perfect
time. There will always be ‘stuff’ that gets in the way; life,
stress, injuries, work, kids etc. One of the great skills is
learning how to remain consistent with whatever goals or habits
you’ve created, even when things get tough. How can you remain
consistent with your exercise when it’s raining/stressful/around
injuries? Finding ways to continue moving forward, through
challenges, is a really important skill.
