There will always be ‘stuff’ that gets in the way; life, stress, injuries, work, kids etc. One of the great skills is learning how to remain consistent with whatever goals or habits you’ve created, even when things get tough. How can you remain consistent with your exercise when it’s raining/stressful/around injuries? Finding ways to continue moving forward, through challenges, is a really important skill.
