Betsy Wurzel interviews Terry Copman Axtell on her mom in a Nursing
Home. Terry has been the caregiver for her mom and now her mom is
in a Nursing Home. We are now in a Pandemic and how it affects
seeing and caring for your loved one that is presently in a Nursing
Home. Terry is able to see her mother visiting via a computer
screen. Terry feels her mom can still recognize her and her voice.
Terry speaks more about the feeling and how one feels that you
cannot touch or see them. Will her mother remember her once Terry
can visit her? I am sure many caregivers are in this situation. If
you have any suggestions or comments let Betsy Wurzel or Terry
Axtell. This is one way the pandemic affects the daily life of a
caregiver.
