Jessica discusses what motivated her to write this book, what it
means to be a Proactive  Caregiver, and how we can be
Proactive Caregivers! The interview went on with a discussion on
Jessica's Podcast  "The Proactive Caregiver " where people
share their caregiving stories. Betsy was a guest on "The Proactive
Caregiver" and shared Matt's journey!

Both Betsy and Jessica also discussed how important education is,
sharing stories to help others and how important support and self
-care is to Caregivers! 

Jessica also discusses her monthly support group which is on the
3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm CST.
The name is REFUEL which stands for Replenish, Encourage,
Fellowship, Understanding, Education, and  Light.
