Vertical farming – an experiment of a future farming system?

Vertical farming is a form of controlled indoor farming typically
focussing on the production of plant-based food in urban and
peri-urban areas. This podcast highlights both drivers and
barriers affecting development and needs required to boost
development and growth. Invited guests were Dr. Titta Kotilainen
a senior scientist working at the Natural Resources Institute
Finland and Ramin Ebrahimnejad a project manager of the
Association for Vertical Farming e.V. Dr. Nils Borchard moderated
the discussion.
