Latasha and Yolande take a look at the impact that
microaggressions have on us, in the workplace, and even in our
schools. If you don't know think you know anything about
microaggressions, or even what it means, you'd be surprised by
what you learn in this episode, because all of us have been on
the receiving (or perhaps the giving) end of microaggressions.
Learn what they are, how they show up in everyday life, and how
all of us can be more aware as we manage them.
