This month's affirmation and soundscape celebrates a blade of
grass. Spring is here, and we honor the ever present blades of
grass that connect to the ground and reach for the sky.
They provide a magnificent backdrop for our favorite flowers to
bloom, but each blade of grass is beautiful in it's own right,
and teeming with life. Today's affirmation starts with a simple
phrase, "I Am A Flame."

This month's affirmation and soundscape celebrate the solitude
and wisdom of a tree. In the winter months, many trees withstand
harsh weather only to bloom again in the spring. Trees are a
gentle reminder to stand firm in the toughest seasons of life.
While some remain vibrant in the deepest cold of winter, others
when to release their leaves in the certainty that they will
bloom again. So, whether a tall dutiful Evergreen or a wise old
Oak, trees are incredibly special and unique. Today's affirmation
starts with a simple phrase, "I Am Like A Tree."
