This presentation will first look at the overall ATSC M/H system with focus on the physical, management and presentation layer activities. . The presenter will also look at RF transmission performance based on several years of first hand experience with the Harris-LG-Zenith MPH system which has been selected as the basis for the ATSC M/H standard. Recommendations for preparing a station for entry into the mobile services business will included.
