Founder Hendrik Schriefer came up with the idea while working on
his master's thesis at Oxford University. The psychology graduate
(and later HR manager at Rocket Internet) investigated how
personal contact helps with learning progress. He found that
people without a coach performed worse than those with human
help. Now he helps knowledge workers and organisations improve
their performance and well-being at scale.
