Understanding credit reports and haggling - Which? Money

21/05/14: This week our money experts discuss credit reports,
after our research showed that many people are struggling to
understand their statutory reports thanks to their confusing
format.



 


They also look at the issue of haggling, and report back on our
survey of 3,500 members to see what it's possible to save money
on; including energy bills, car insurance and mobile phone
contracts.
