What if it's the Kingdom of God versus your kingdom? In the
opening pages of the Gospel of Mark we see a Messiah who
just couldn't care less about people's expectations. He was
on a mission. It was more effective to demonstrate what the
Kingdom of God is, than to deconstruct their false
imaginings. The effect was divisive. Some people were being
set free from the devil's kingdom; others were
strengthening their allegiance to him. We're in Mark,
chapter 1 with Jim.
