Anyone who doesn't know themselves and their needs is doomed to
be anxious, depressed or aggressive. This is what I call the
“self-avoidant type.” We are all somewhat self-avoidant, but when
we are too blind to ourselves it leads to suffering and
psychological disorder. In this video I describe this approach
and what consequences it has.
