of self-criticism and replace them with uplifting messages of
self-belief.
Tell yourself - I can do this! I have unique talents! My
skills will continue to grow if I work at it! A positive mindset
is half the battle.
Now, believing in yourself doesn't mean having an inflated ego or
sense of invincibility. It simply means recognizing your
self-worth and innate abilities. You have so many strengths that
sometimes you overlook or take for granted. Make a list of things
you're good at and revisit it whenever you feel self-doubt
creeping in.
It also helps to identify areas where you can realistically
improve and set small goals to work towards. Don't expect
perfection right away.
Give yourself permission to make mistakes and fail from time to
time. That's how we learn and get better. Celebrate each little
win along the way.
An important key to self-belief is trusting your own judgment and
inner voice. Don't give so much power to the opinions of others
or seek excessive external validation.
Check in with how YOU feel about your progress and what YOU
believe you're capable of. Other people won't always see your
potential or understand your process like you do.
Sometimes self-doubt originates from focusing too much on the end
result and not appreciating the incremental steps to get there.
Don't become so fixated on a long-term goal that you get
overwhelmed. Break it down into smaller milestones that you can
tackle one at a time. Each step forward builds your confidence.
Lastly, know what you cannot or should not do. Self-belief does
not mean taking unnecessary risks beyond your experience or
comfort zone.
Be honest with yourself about your current limitations,
so you don't jeopardize your health, finances, or relationships.
Set ambitious but realistic goals that align with your
values.
You are stronger than you know, wiser than you realize, and more
talented than you think. You should walk away from this episode
