time for us—and we’re honored to welcome Jim Liaw to the podcast.
Jim is the co-founder of Formula Drift and the General
Manager of the PRI Show, the largest motorsports trade show in
the U.S.In this episode, we dive into the incredible success

Formula Drift is the top professional drifting series in the
U.S., where drivers compete by skillfully sliding their cars
sideways through a course. Unlike traditional racing, it’s judged
on style, speed, angle, and precision. The series features
high-powered, rear-wheel-drive cars and head-to-head battles,
drawing fans worldwide with its mix of motorsport and
showmanship.


What is PRI Show?​The Performance Racing
Industry (PRI) Trade Show is the world's largest gathering
dedicated to motorsports professionals. Held annually in December
in Indianapolis, Indiana, it showcases the latest racing products
and technologies from over 1,100 companies. The event is
exclusive to industry members, offering networking opportunities,
educational programs, and exhibits spanning all forms of auto
racing, including drag, stock car, open-wheel, and off-road. The
2025 PRI Show is scheduled for December 11–13.⸻
