The last words a friend said to me and how you can use them to BE the leader you want to be.

I am recording this episode at the time of what I call the
PREGAME of a cyclone that is about to come through my town.


Never been in a cyclone proper before and no idea what is about
to happen.


In today's episode I share the words that my dear friend Kate
left with me before she passed away.


This is not a sad story or a story of loss.  She was ready
and wanting to leave this world and she did so with a chuckle and
some words of wisdom for me as she left.


These words have neen sitting with me and how relevant they are
to us all - ESPECIALLY NOW.

Please don't allow the fear to keep your voice hidden


Please don't succumb 


Please lean into your heart


Please trust that you are here at this time for a reason


Please build transparency into your life so you can discern what
is happening around you.
