How do you know when it is your time to stop playing small?

Recently I have been sharing here what does it mean to be
exceptional.......


If you consider yourself a leader then you really are someone who
has a bigger dream about what you want to see shift and change in
this lifetime.  These dreams are not the same as when you
were in your 20's and 30's, they have a different resonance.


One thing you need to accept is that if you are a leader
then you are creating a movement……


I have said this before.


Over the last couple of weeks I have been face to face with some
truly remarkable people and places.


Walking with people who are in pain and others who are thriving -
mostly however people who really want to make this identity shift
and really embody this new level version of themselves. 
They are feeling stuck, unlimberation, overthinking and feel like
they are mountains away from their deepest desires.


At the heart of change is who are you being and what is the
identity that you are embodying fully? That is what is holding
them back.


Without full embodiment then this game between where you are and
that version of you and the version you want to create will feel
like you are in an ongoing round of tug of war.


It sucks
