In the latest Book Club Tadd and Peter find Mejis with a matter
of days until reap and the Barony is hard at work to finish the
harvest and get ready for Reaping Day. Sheemie delivers some graf
to Seafront and with the help of Susan smuggles some fireworks
out in the empty barrels. Reynolds checks in at Citgo where a
number of towns folks are on guard. Rhea is deteriorating fast as
she is shown horrid things through the ball. Cuthbert and Alain
set up the gunpowder at the mouth of Eyebolt Canyon. And Susan
makes her last visit to the house she shared with Cordelia and
makes peace with the decisions she has made, also finding out
Cordelia helped cover up her father's murder.
