We’ve all been in conflict before, but have you ever thought
about how your conflict style affects the outcome? And how that
style might shift over time and in various situations? This week,
Ali & Erica dive into five conflict styles: Competing,
Accommodating, Avoiding, Collaborating, and Compromising. Is any
one better than the others? Or are some styles more effective
than we might think depending on the scenario? We also dive into
our own conflict styles and how we’ve experienced them in past
