living in the now. Drawing on ideas from his best-selling book,
The Power of Now, Eckhart encourages participants not to linger
on past mistakes, but to learn from them and then let them go. He
says we must remember that there is only ever now, not as a
memory, but a live realization. Situations arise in our lives,
but only in the present moment. And we should not let our life
situation obscure the bigger picture of who we are or our sense
of aliveness, spaciousness and presence.
