Strong growth, technological innovations and increasing
integration into intelligent energy systems characterise the
current situation in the inverter market. Modern inverters are
taking on increasingly complex tasks within energy systems. They
are no longer responsible for converting direct current into
alternating current, but also play a central role in grid
stability and energy management. Today, we discussed the inverter
market and its demands with Rudy Wodrich, Global Head of the
Green Technologies (GT) Business.



About Rudy Wodrich


Rudy Wodrich joined Siemens in 2021 and is currently the Global
Head of the Green Technologies (GT) Business, encompassing solar,
energy storage, and hydrogen power conversion solutions. 


He is an active member of the Solar Energy Industries Association
(SEIA) and has developed and executed several solar projects.
Rudy lives in southwest Florida.
