recently surpassed Arbitrum in TVL (Total Value Locked) and
joined the Top 5 Blockchains ranked by TVL after only 15 months.
Needless to say, growth in the BASE ecosystem has been rapid and
skyrocketing.


Why is BASE growing so fast? 


In this episode, we sit down with Sehaj, founder of Avantis, a
perpetuals DEX on BASE, to discuss the BASE ecosystem on Ethereum
and what makes it unique. We explore Sehaj’s journey from finance
to crypto, including his time at Illuvium and well-known VC fund
Pantera Capital, and how that shaped his approach to building in
the blockchain space.
