Minneapolis. He is a roaster at Up and provides valuable insights
for anyone interested in pursuing a career in roasting. We also
discuss origin trips, briefly discuss what the COVID closures have
been like, and he gives his recommendation for most underrated
burger in the Twin Cities (hint: it’s the Triple B burger from The
