Third Wave Water is one of my favorite coffee products. Third
Wave Water is a company that creates mineral blends to mix with
distilled water to create the best water profile for brewing
coffee at home. Taylor Minor met co-founder Charles and this led
to a successful Kickstarter campaign, and eventually a spot on
Shark Tank all within their first year of business. This is a
great coffee business story with a very smart and strategic team.
This is a great example of finding a hyper-specialized niche and
