In this episode, owner Folly Rob sits down with Kieran Folliard,
an entrepreneur originally from Ireland who started his journey
selling dairy in the Middle East. From there, he opened some of
the Twin Cities' favorite pubs including Kieran's, The Local, and
The Liffey. This led to the creation of 2 Gingers Whiskey, which
was acquired by Jim Beam 18 months after their launch in a
purchase of the Kilbeggan distillery in Ireland. Kieran now owns
and operates The Food Building in Northeast Minneapolis, home of
Alemar Cheese, Red Table Meats, Baker's Field Flour, and Kieran's
