restauranteur Brian Ingram, who, with his wife Sarah, has opened
three restaurants in the past year, including a dramatic pivot
during COVID closures to a community kitchen feeding the
community out of their own pockets (over 100,000 meals served to
date!). Hear his story of ups and downs from Alaska, San
Francisco, becoming one of the youngest executive chefs in the
country at 19 years old, Las Vegas, New York City, and now St.
Paul, from being on top, starting from scratch, and coming back
with the 2017 Hot Concept of the Year. The restaurants of Brian
and Sarah all have a mission and give back to the community. A
