In this episode, Folly Rob sits down with Colin from the Zoe's
Bakery & Cafe team. Hear how Colin's passion led from the
east coast back to Minnesota to begin working with Zoe's. In
2020, Zoe's had begun work on opening a second location when
circumstances led to them ending the lease on their original
Uptown location.  However, work and focus shifted to the new
location with an entirely new coffee program and beautiful new
design concept. The new cafe is set to open in June in
