he is involved in so many different things! Nick was the
co-founder of Bittercube, the consulting and bitters company. He
has since launched Drinks Apothecary, an elixr, syrup, and
cocktail mix business while consulting for bars/restaurants
across the country. He is a partner at Mr. Paul's Supper Club
