the creators of K'ooben and beverage director at Sonora Grill.
Mike combines a knowledge and passion for Mexican food and agave
spirits in K'ooben, a pop up focused around Mexican cuisine. Upon
creating the concept with a group of local chefs, they have sold
out every event. Mike is also the beverage director at Sonora
Grill, where he uses a selection of over 100 agave based spirits
for a cocktail menu unlike anything in the Twin Cities. Hear his
