36. INSPO: THREE SENTENCES TO IMPROVE YOUR CONFIDENCE AND INDEPENDENCE

So often in life we look to other things to make us happier. "My
relationship can make me feel better" or "I can't wait for them
to tell me how proud they are of me!" are just 2 examples of
small ways we are seeking approval, joy, love, approval, etc.
from others. I urge you to find your 3 sentences that you can
answer on your own to improve your confidence and make you more
independent/self reliant.
