92. INSPO - DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE.

breathing sounds like something you wouldn't forget to do since
it...you know...keeps you alive. but sometimes you need a pause. a
reset. this little trick is what i use to step aside, compose
myself and get myself back in "working order" as i call it lol know
your responses so you can continue to show up the way you want to.
