96. INSPO - WHATS YOUR WORD OF THE YEAR? MY 2020 WORD

I'm a big believer in a word of the year!! if you don't know this
yet - this practice is actually connected to many different
spiritual beliefs, practices, etc dating back centuries. My 2020
word actually ended up being something that applied to this wild
and crazy year we've had - shockingly enough. I'm a bit surprised
that I didnt have to change it, but it's been the best and most
life changing word I've used. tune in to hear what it was, and
