We are doing a challenge this week. It's SIMPLE:
-keep a notebook, a note on your phone, etc
-track what you do and how long it takes for 3-5 days
How long does your morning routine take? What about cooking?
Watching tv? None of this is "bad" or "wrong", it's simply data
we can use to assess what is serving us and what we may need less
of! Trust me..this may surprise you. But it's imperative we get
cognizant of where we put our time.
