202. INSPO: AUDIT YOUR TIME CHALLENGE

I hear it all the time, “Ashli, I don’t have time to have a
morning routine…I don’t have time to finish XYZ…I don’t have time
for…” and I call BS.


So we are doing a time audit. Let’s see where your little pockets
of time here and there really go (cough *IG* cough) and see if we
can give you time to no be pulled, to work, to the kids, to
social media…and just be.
