This week we thought we'd kick off the new year with a topic
no-one has ever talked about before. A lockdown. In seriousness
it's not like we haven't been through it before but we may have
learnt a few lessons from the last 2 times. So we share our
thoughts on how to train through the lockdown now that you may
find yourself time rich (or not), we chat about some
inspirational events coming up and the people doing them and
generally have a good old chat about all things triathlon,
running and exercise. Come join the chitter chatter.
