Hi! On today's episode I'm joined by DJ Carolina Gasolina. Carolina
is a Peruvian born Sydney-sider who grew up in Western Sydney.
Carolina is super passionate about nurturing and supporting Western
Sydney talent and providing more platforms for her community. We
talk about Carolina's high school years; how she wasn't even sure
she'd finish high school, to going on to get a degree and then
working in the corporate world. Then, she made the decision to
leave that behind to pursue a career in the music industry.
Carolina shares what it was like working behind the scenes as a
booking agent, the cut throat nature of the industry and the
challenges of being a female in the music industry. A warning, we
